Restaurants

The restaurants that I went to where Peumayen Ancestral Food and Ana Maria Restaurant in Santiago. In Vina Del Mar I went to Moros Y Cristian and Li Ciboulette but I'm going to describe Ana Maria Restaurant. The first restaurant I dined at is located at 136 Barrio Bellvista RD Santiago. Ana Maria Restaurant is at 476 Santiago RD Santiago. Moros Y Cristian in Vina Del Mar is located at 76 San Martian Ave. Li Ciboulette is 191 down Vina Del Mar RD Vina Del Mar. Holiday Inn Santiago is not far from Ana Maria Restaurant so I walked there and back which was only a few meters. This restaurant is in the centre of Santiago - the capital of Chile. The restaurant is a large wooden building, most of the furniture is also wooden but there are cushions on the chairs.

The menu at Ana Maria Restaurant that I decided to eat was to die for! For my entree I ate the most divine Garlic bread I had ever had, with deliciously baked  bread, it was perfect! For main I had a sensationally cooked chicken. It was cooked in a sweet honey sauce and  sprinkled in herbs and seasoning which made the colours and flavours very vibrant. For dessert I desired one of the most appetising desserts I had ever had. It was a chocolate layer cake the layers were: a chocolate mud cake base, a caramel layer and one more chocolate cake layer and chocolate icing and berries on top.

The cuisine is very spontaneous and everything is cooked at the last minute to keep in the freshness. Everything about Ana Maria Restaurant is Chilean and nearly all of  the staff and chiefs are from Chile. Ana Maria Restaurant has won many awards such as the Michelin Star Award.

This is a star quality restaurant with the lively atmosphere I rate the restaurant a four and a half out of five star. Ana Maria Restaurant is great quality with Its wide selection of mouth watering food it’s one of the best restaurants in Chile. The price of Ana Maria Restaurant I paid to dine there is only $30.50 so for a family of four it costs $122.00.
